FSBO in Lexington SC 29072
And sometimes it's best to just get in your car and drive around the neighborhoods that you're interested in. The only advertising the seller may be doing is a sign in their yard!
Occasionally, you'll find a FSBO home where the seller has created a web site that gives much more detail than you'll find with most realtor listed houses. Here is an example of a home currently for sale by owner in Lexington, SC 29072:
This is an 1,100 square foot home located at 113 Woodland Drive in the center of Lexington priced at $115,000. You can see all the details and additional pictures at http://www.113woodland.com/.

About that map...
Using Google Maps, the neighborhood map has a blue "placemark" positioned on the map at approximately the entrance of each neighborhood within zip code 29072. There are almost 200 of these blue placemarks. At first glance, it may be overwhelming to see that many of them in the initial zoomed out view. However, when you click on a placemark, a balloon caption appears identifying the neighborhood. The link within the caption takes you to that neighborhood's specific JustLexington.com page.
Also, if you double-click on the map or click the "+" button to zoom in, this will give you a tighter view to see exactly where each placemark is in relation to one another.
